This is the second vest I’ve purchased from this company, the first vest lasted around three years. I feel that this vest is more secure around my chest and there’s been an upgrade in the material, it’s super comfortable and lightweight.
The Hottest Portable Sauna Tent
Unlike other portable steam saunas on the market that have a large tent design, we have made a more compact pop up tent that is not only easier to put-up, but paired with our powerful 1000W touchscreen steam generator, you get the highest ratio of steam power to tent area kW/m2. This is why our portable sauna can reach hotter temperatures (45°C+) than almost anything else on the market.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 298 reviews.
Fantastic, use it most days , gets very hot and I feel great after using it only downside is the chair is small I use for 30 mins and then jump into the ice bath Would definitely recommend No nasty v.o.cs in the materials Thank you a fabulous alternative to an expensive sauna
Excellent purchase, iam really happy great little sauna, really helping my asthma.
Love it 😻, once time weekly and that perfect 💕....mine recommendation 🤗🤗
Absolutely LOVE this vest!! The perfect size for my phone and keys and the perfect fit (I’m a size 8 and 5 foot 4). There is absolutely no bounce when you run and it’s so comfy, you can’t even tell you’re wearing it. I no longer run in headphones either as I can hear my music from my phone in the pouch- much safer when on the backroads. Really great customer service too, I had a problem with my order which was sorted immediately. Definitely recommend!
Really liked the run vest. Nice and versatile.
Only has just over a week but so far has exceeded expectations. Seems good quality especially for the price.
Spot on. I use mine in my garage. Gets hot quick. And stays hot. I get out, use my cold bath, then get back in and takes no time to heat back up after unzipping. I’m over 6ft and lots of room. Only problem is, my wife also wants to use it now.
Completely love the sauna. Gets really hot. Easy to put together. Still getting used to folding it down, which is a knack in itself. The only small niggle is the bag that the sauna came in is ripped at the seam which is a shame. But other than that, I’ve used the sauna twice and can’t fault it so far 👍🏻
Absolutely amazing, I was very dubious about this but it really is ace!
Really enjoyed using this portable sauna. Has helped me to relax and is particularly useful for recovery when combined with an ice bath. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for the benefits of a sauna that you can enjoy in the comfort of your home.
I've had this product since Jan 2024. Use it almost every 2-3days. And love it. One of the best purchase I've ever made. I 1st fell in love with steam room recovery sessions by going to my local leisure centre and using that. But got sick of travelling & having the expense. As always, I did lots of research into this buy. At 1st being unsure whether I would get the same effects. To say I've been blown away is an understatement! As your in a smaller confined space with it being a 1-man tent. The steam unit is so effective and I'm honestly dripping with sweat in the same 10mins I would normally be. The packaging & delivery is brilliant. Everything you need in 1 box. I'm not great at building things. But this can be up and running in literally 10-15mins. Simple connections from the unit to the tent. Simply put water into the unit, turn on and set your temperature & time. You can even add essential oils into the water if you want. Wait 10mins or so and boom. Hop in, sit back, zip up & chill! The outer mat provides plenty of protection from damp. Which there never is. And I can be using for up to 1hr. I have mine set up in a bedroom with carpet & it's never damp. The room when you open the tent after use never fills with steam & causes problems. I would also like to mention, that as of March this year. My steam unit must of had some sort of fault and stopped working. After reaching out to Runitude to see if they could help. They provided one of the best customer service I've ever had. Replying on a late Sunday night, the issue was sorted immediately! Replacement sent out express the next day & arrived 2 day later. I only expected the unit to be replaced as that's all that was wrong with the product. But was amazed to see a brand new full kit. Unbelievable service, thank you for such a great product!
I love that it just pops open and can quickly put everything together. Can use immediately and I did 😀.My only issue is the small child size chair. I just remedied that by using a armless bar chair, it fit perfectly. The chair doesn't take away from the sauna one bit though. Don't hesitate to get this !
I had a crappy week but this was waiting at my door when I got home. I parked my butt in this for 30 minutes and I am so unbelievably relaxed, I feel like I just took a gummy and listened to some Enya. Seriously, this is the portable sauna you are looking for, especially if you live in an apartment or have limited space and plan on taking it up and down a lot as opposed to the tall stand up ones you can just leave up in your garage all the time. It takes ZERO time to put this up. It unfolds kind of like a pop up laundry hamper. Just connect two steam tubes, fill the tank, and turn it on. I am soooo glad I purchased this. It puts out quality steam and there is a decent amount of room so you don’t touch the walls of the tent. I rarely write reviews but felt obligated since I read so many deciding on which portable sauna to buy. Super glad I went with this one.
Just bought this and did 21k as my first run. Does exactly what it says on the tin - holds my enormous S22 Ultra, 2 running gels & iPod nano, plus has a pocket for a single door key. It's a bit like a 2024 version of a Nathan propylene waist pouch that I used to run with 20 years ago. After a few km I realised that even with the side straps loosened a bit, there was no bounce at all and it was comfortable to wear. Much more comfy than a larger vest with water bottles that I also own, which i find far too restrictive. I can't comment on the waterproof bit, as it was very cold on my run so I didn't get particularly sweaty. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely be using this on long runs and race days. Recommend! For picture reference, I'm 5'2" and UK size 6.
I purchased this as a birthday gift for my son, at first I was worried as he's 6ft3 & thought it would be to short as no height was given. However it's perfect & he loves it & does exactly what it says. Well worth the money.
I bought this for my husband for Christmas. We’d love to have a permanent sauna or hot tub but since that’s not in our budget, this was a good alternative. It’s a good stress reliever. He did try it in our garage first just for more space but it didn’t quite warm up as well since we live in a cold weather winter climate. Once he moved it inside he was impressed with how hot it got. There is a little dripping from the hose onto the floor but it’s minimal and with the mat and towels it keeps the water contained. It’s easy to set up-I’m not sure how easy folding it up will be yet since we haven’t even attempted to. So far we’ve been leaving it set up in our basement bathroom since we don’t use that one as often. We leave the fan on in the bathroom to help with moisture and then put the chair and mat in the tub to dry when not using it. So far the material seems like it’s good quality. The only thing my husband mentioned was that he wished the chair was a little bigger.
The sauna was very easy to set up with clear video instructions. Comes with a chair to put inside the tent and temperature was very hot, making it a great product to have around the house. Would definitely recommend
Easy to follow instructional video made it very easy to assemble.Perfect for me as I'm pretending to be a young boy in an older body, prefect my tired muscles. My 65 year old dad also thoroughly enjoyed.
Overall - Very impressed. At first i was a little sceptical of a home steam room but my god it works! Im a regular steamer and couldn't have it on its top setting. Its also very practical and simple to use.I never thought id be a massive fan of a brand, but runitude have an excellent their customer service and the quality of their products have never let me down. Very excited for their next creation. 10/10
So far so good, I’ve had it a couple of weeks now and use it almost everyday for like 20 mins on the hottest setting and that’s as long as I can do it for It’s gets hot and you sweat a lot.I also add essential oils for a more vigerating experience. So far so good and it’s well worth the money.Chair is decent and I love that it comes with to rugs!! Update 11/24/23 so I had issues with my steamer and the seller was awesome and immediately sent me a new one free of charge.Excellent customer service highly recommend top notch
I’ve been wanting a sauna for a while as I find it hard to fit going into the gym at the moment. This was so easy to set up and allowed me to bring the gym home. Really helped me switch off after work or my workout. I was skeptical of the power of the steam but this worked so well. It’s compact enough that it fits into my bathroom easily. Well worth the money.
I was skeptical when I first got this sauna, but after several uses by my husband and myself, I'm a huge fan! We set it it to 10 and I enjoy a 20 minutes, rest, then 10 minute steam. Overall, the smell wasn't bad. The mats had a rubbery smell, but it wasn't too over powering, and has faded some with airing out and/or use. As a note, this sauna is a steam sauna and it's hard to tell if you are sweating or if the water is just condensing on you. Lastly, it's easy to put away. Overall, I'm very happy with this product and hope it lasts me for many, many more years.
All I can say is WOW”😳 this item ,is exactly as described . Definitely worth the MONEY 💴 💰,the towels are super soft. The floor mats are perfect, just the right size, inside and out . I decided to add Velcro to keep my door open,so that it can air the tent out . That was the only thing that,I found was missing ,something to hold the door open .so the tent can dry out …I have plenty of legroom, and I was very comfortable, while inside of the portable sauna steam tent, . Easy to set up ,easy to store away.. once inside of the sauna, it took less than one minute, before I start dripping wet with sweat, I spent a bout 13 minutes inside. My clock was set for 15 minutes. The sauna, went so hard 💪that I could not take the last two minutes. That’s what I’m talking about ….It’s real in there…. so you might want to wear less close as possible, this baby does the Work. The sauna steamed up in about five minutes tops . I was really impressed ,with my results. I would definitely recommend this item .. this is my first home sauna and probably will be my last, because I felt this sauna to be perfect, hands down🤗… 💯hundred percent 🫶🏼 I can talk forever, but for now “ get you one of these, if you want to melt down fat right away…this sauna steam portable tent is the truth 🙌…5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is impressive, it really is a portable sauna. I was not expecting it to be as good as it is but it's brilliant, it comes with everything needed to have a home sauna so you no longer need to go out to use a sauna. In the box you get the pop up tent, an inside and outside floor mat of good quality, 1000w 2.6 little steam generator with touch controls, silicone tubing, a fold up chair, 2 fleece towels and the user manual.Setting it all up is unbelievably simple no instructions needed really. The tent pops open as soon as you take it out its bag put the floor mat inside along with the chair, fill the steam generator up with water plug in and power on. The tent takes around two minutes to start filling up with Steam and it gets mega hot in there so hot the sweat starts dripping from you minutes.Packing the tent away is a bit tricky but once you've done it a few times it's easy (there's a bar code to scan that takes you to a set up and pack away video that helps)Absolutely brilliant home sauna well built gets super hot at a very reasonable price.
I will admit to being skeptical but, once I had to set up, an audiobook going, and closed my eyes, it was equivalent in my mind to a full sized sauna. Initially seeing the chair, it looks like for a kindergarten. But it was not an issue and completely fine. I definitely think it is worth it. I have a a couple very minor things I dislike:1. The cord is very short. I included a picture. I wanted to use it in my bathroom because of the steam and all of my outlets are counter height. I had to get an extension cord.2. There is no sheet of directions, only a video, and nothing on what the different settings are for the steam. I hate when I have to watch a video - reading is so much faster (note: the video is short).3. It’s not difficult to clean up, but in my mind, it’s the one big drawback to a full sized sauna. It’s not such an issue it’s worth the price difference but it is kind of a bummer to get all relaxed and then have to wipe the sauna down.
Would 100% recommend. Other than the fact it came in two days and perfect condition, it’s a really cool gadget. Instructions were really clear and even if they’re not for everyone you can watch a tutorial on how to put it up and take it down! Comes with a chair and two towels to wipe everything down once done.As someone who doesn’t like to use the gym all the time (embarrassment most times) I often skip the sauna too, this has made my pre and post work out so much better. I’ve also lent to a couple of friends who’ve loved it just as much as me.Inside and outside mats also make it really easy to clean up :)
ℹ️ Portable Home Sauna - ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️The first thing I noticed about this portable sauna is the compact sized box it arrives in. Everything is neatly packed inside. The actual tent folds down really small, especially when you see just how big it is once you open it out. I emptied the different components out of the box, looking for the instructions. I soon realised that there’s just a single A5 colour leaflet. There’s two QR codes on the leaflet, these take you to two videos. One is for assembly and set-up. The other one is for folding the tent after use. The videos are very clear and easy to understand and follow. I must say however I would have liked some written detailed instructions included. I much prefer to digest information this way. I agree with other reviewers the performance is better than expected. The material and zips of the tent contain the steam perfectly. The benefits of taking a sauna are many fold.
I suffer from a lot of aches and pains and have noticed that having a sauna regularly helps to ease the pain. This at home sauna is perfect. It is very easy to set up and works really well. It is very high quality and feels professional. It produces a lot of steam (which is adjustable.) The pop up tent is easy to use and I'm glad it comes with a matt for the floor of the tent and to protect the floor outside of the tent. The chair is very small so I have replaced it with a camping chair that is more suited to my size.
I was pleasurably surprised how much I love this, who would have thought I would be sat in my front room, watching TV though the little window while having a sauna? The quality of the Runitude portable sauna is very good, the ground mats for both inside and outside are a good thickness. Set up was very easy as was getting sweaty in no time. What surprised me is no steam escapes from the "tent", when you open the door you are hit with a wall of steam. My only negative is the folding chair is a bit uncomfortable, and would not hold a man of my size however put in my own chair and had a lovely evening in the sauna. The price is very good for what is a very high quality made product.
Runitude Portable Sauna Steam Tent is compact, well made, quick to set up, and easy to operate. It comes with everything needed and a couple bonus gifts too. This was my first time using a portable sauna steam tent and I must admit; it was an amazing experience! The tent is well constructed and the material is sturdier than your typical pop up tent. The generator heated the water efficiently and it quickly filled the tent with steam. Surprisingly, the steam stayed contained within the tent. My partner and I did not observe any steam seeping through the material or the zipper enclosure. We each spent 30 minute in the sauna and we were soaked in perspiration from head to toe. It also relieved my chronic muscle and joint pain. That benefit alone made this unit worth every penny! The tent has a plastic window that can open/close via zippers and the entire tent has a second set of zippers to open and close the sauna’s entrance. The zippers glide easily without sticking or snagging. This sauna also comes with a compact but solidly built folding chair. The chair is comfortable and reinforced with screws. As a point of reference, our weights do not exceed 175 lbs and our heights don’t exceed 5”11. We had no issues with enjoying this sauna but we did position the chair further back in the tent so he could stretch his legs out. There was plenty of space to make that adjustment. The chair supported both of our weights comfortably. It took approximately 12 minutes to set up this sauna and less than 8 minutes to fill it with steam. The internal and external mats provided did an excellent job of containing the moisture. We spent a total of 60 minutes in the sauna and there was no moisture on our wood floors. After we were finished, we used the bonus towels that we received as a gift to wipe the interior of the sauna tent. The following day, the tent was completely dry and ready to break down to store. Putting the tent back in the bag was a challenge but the enclosed instructions provided proved to be helpful. This is a fantastic quality made product and I would highly recommend giving it a try.
This sauna is really good. It is easy enough to set up and comes with 2 mats, one for inside the tent and one to go underneath it. I am aware I put the wrong one in there for the photo! You also get a couple of Microfibre towels which is a nice touch. The chair is tiny, it looks like a children.s chair. But it can hold my weight easily and I am not the lightest person around…hence the need for the sauna!! There are a couple of things I think could be better. There are no instructions at all in the box. You have to go on line to get them. It does have a safety advice sheet about the hot steam etc but nothing on how to set up the machine, what all the pipes are for etc. not everyone is computer savvy or even have access to go online to get the instructions so I really do think it wouldn’t help to have included them, given the price.Secondly, with the lack of instructions, there is no guide on how to fold the pop up tent. I have used every curse word imaginable trying to get that tent down to fit into the small circular bag and have now given up and will store it flat. I didn’t even need to use the sauna as the effort of trying to collapse it did just as good a job!! I felt a bit claustrophobic when I first got inside it but it does have a window which helps. I was able to watch tv as long as I constantly wiped the window! It really does produce a huge amount of steam. They recommend about 45 mins but I only lasted 10 mins on my first time. Next time will be longer. Overall I am really pleased with it and it just needs the instructions to come with it to be perfect!
This set contains everything i need to set up and start using the sauna in my own personal space, the chair is simple stool with a back a little on the low side but it has to be because of the size of the sauna tent. The sauna comes with 2 really good size mats which are soft and padded 1 slightly larger than the other which is great for putting on top of the floors protecting them. Theres also 2 long velvet feel microfibre towels with carry bags 1 in blue & 1 in black which is ideal for different users. The sauna heats up really quickly and it takes some getting used to a didnt last long but next time i will last longer and so on. Im so happy with the sauna sat in the corner of my bedroom not taking up too much space but if i want to fold it down its so quick and easy to do it with the tent being pop up and every part has its own storage bags.
I've used a sauna before that had dry heat. To get steam, I poured water on the hot rocks. I didn't really care for that. It was basically just dry heat. This is different. I thought it would be. I like long, hot showers. I like the steam. I enjoy how it affects my sinuses. This is great! I attached the hose fitting with the straight end going inside the sauna. The short hose goes to the white steam/water collector placed under the seat. The long hose attaches to the steamer. I chose P14 as my setting. P15 is the highest. At P14, it reached around 104-106 degrees Fahrenheit, or 40-41 degrees Celsius. Again, this is not dry heat, but wonderful, therapeutic steam. It's great! They have a video for how to fold the sauna back up to put it in the case.
The Runitude had been my best buy recent and have got another for a running friend as birthday gift too. It has changed the whole dynamics of my run time and makes every run easy and safe xx
Truly amazing. Didn't feel no bounce at all and very comfortable. Will be buying more products as there produced from runitude
This is a fabulous product. It fits snug and is the best running vest version I've found on the market if you want to easily remove and replace your phone. I am wearing and washing it every day almost so I've decided to buy a second. I've scoured the market for something like this and you cant go wrong with a Runitude vest!
I was using an armband previously, but I found it needed to be so tight to stop it slipping down my arm that it was like a blood pressure test, and really awkward to use essentially needing to do everything one handed. The Runitude vest is a game changer for me. The phone is easily accessible even whilst running, doesn’t need me to use those awful plastic screens like on the armbands that don’t respond to touch. The vest is super lightweight and breathable and just the right amount of adjustable tightness that you don’t notice it on, while at the same time the phone does not bounce up and down or against your chest. The special clip for my key helps as I used to worry about keys falling out of my shorts pocket without me noticing.
This arrived very promptly (the next day)! It is a great fit - flexible and not restricting. Tested in the rain and zip pouch contents stayed dry. Also actually surprisingly supportive on my chest and would fit well for bigger chested ladies. Makes me excited to get running more!!
Happy with the purchase… gets really hot … I use a couple of drops of decongestant oil…. Really works for me. Would recommend.
